INDUSTRIA QUIMICA DE PORTUGUESA S.A. (INQUIPORT S.A.) is a 100% Venezuelan capital company, founded in 1969, 50 years of commitment to Venezuelan agriculture, generating both direct and indirect jobs. It begins its operations at its plant located in Araure, Portuguesa state, with the synthesis and formulation of Propanil, a herbicide for rice. Currently, it has a portfolio of other products such as insecticides, fungicides, foliar fertilizers for plant protection and nutrition, supplying the needs of the agricultural producer, distributing its products through its network of branches in the agricultural areas throughout the country.
INQUIPORT, is a company dedicated to the development, manufacture, formulation and marketing of high quality herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, fertilizers, vegetable seeds and small agricultural equipment, aimed at increasing the productivity of the Venezuelan farmer.
INQUIPORT, imports raw material for the synthesis of Propanil and the formulation of other herbicides, insecticides, acaricides and fungicides. Likewise, it imports bulk products to be packaged in small presentations used by the farmer, it also imports products ready for sale, including vegetable seeds and small agricultural equipment for manual use for the small farmer.
